Palmares
The Palmares Presentation Dinner will be held on Saturday 18th April from 7 pm until 12 midnight.
The venue is the Biddegal Function Rooms at Club Central Hurstville, located at 2 Crofts Avenue, Hurstville 2220. The Club’s telephone number is (02) 9570 3355. Details of the Function Room can be seen on the Biddegal website.
Club Central is very conveniently located within easy walking distance from Hurstville railway station. Free street car parking is available in reasonably close proximity. Car parking is also available in the nearby Myer – Hurstville Westfield carpark, using the Rose Street entrance.

Club Central Hurstville has given the following accompanying instructions regarding parking on the night –
• The Westfield roof top car park access is from Rose street. The best parking for access is on Orange and Green car park levels. Then take the car park steps that take you to the ramp wall down and cross the street (being Croft) and the main entrance to our club is right there.
The meal will be three courses with alternate drop settings, as follows
Entrée
• Swiss Brown Mushroom, Spinach & Feta Arancini Balls with Roasted Roma Tomato Sauce.
• Salt & Pepper Crumbed Calamari, Green Mango, Herbs, Cashew & Nam Jim Dressing.
Main Course
• Chicken Supreme with Fresh Apricot & Herb Stuffing, Cherry Tomato, Asparagus, Sautéed Kipfler & Potato, Drizzled with Rocket Pesto.
• Eye Fillet, Creamed Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables & Mushroom Sauce.
Dessert
• Flourless Chocolate & Hazelnut Torte with Double Cream.
• Warm Apple & Blueberry Crumble with Double Cream.
Other Catering/Venue Requirements:
• Tea & Coffee.
• For special meals requirements contact the Accommodation/Events co-ordinator, Nicki Anderson.
• The tables will be set for ten.
• Every table will have one bottle each of the McWiliam’s Markview Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet. Merlot, plus cold water and either a jug of cold juice or soft drink.
• A private bar will be open for guests during the function should they wish to purchase other drinks.
There will be 150 tickets available, and the price per tickets is $75.00. Contact Nicki Anderson for reservations.

Meetings
All meetings will be held in a screened off area in the foyer to the main exhibition room. The area contains tables and chairs for individual arranging as required. There will be three display frames as well as access to electric power.

A quarter of an hour has been left between each scheduled meeting. Meeting conveners are requested to ensure that their meetings do not overrun, and the area is quickly cleared after the conclusion. This courtesy should allow the following meeting to commence on time. Please ensure that any tables and chairs temporarily removed from the meeting area are returned at the conclusion of your meeting.

Judges’ Critique Session
There will be a Judges’ Critique Session at 10.15 am on Sunday 19th April. This will be held in the open in the south-west corner of the hall. This is the corner furthest from the entrance door on the exhibits side of the building.
This session is intended to last for about 10 minutes followed by individual consultation in front of the frames.

Australian Commonwealth Collectors Club (ACCC)
Join in the 75th Anniversary of the ACCC 1940-2015.
Sydney Stamp Expo Dinner: On Friday 17 April at the Sunny Harbour Seafood Chinese Restaurant, on the third floor of 9-11 Crofts Ave., Hurstville, 6:30 pm for 7.00 pm. The menu is a set banquet priced at $55 per person, drinks extra. This is a ticketed event with limited seating so early application is encouraged.

Other ACCC events at Sydney Stamp Expo 2015
• KGV Workshop: Listen and learn about this major definitive series of the Australian Commonwealth. Saturday 18 April at the meetings venue from 10Am to 11:30AM. The workshop is to be conducted by Michael Drury and his team who conducted similar events at Melbourne 2013, Canberra 2014 and Adelaide 2014
